Dominanz Ltd. was established in Bratislava in March 1994 as a company concerning with support for users of IBM AS/400 systems. During 7 years of its existence the company’s activities have been focused mainly on providing large-scale services associated with the AS/400 platform:
·Instructor-led courses
From the beginning of its history Dominanz has focused on instructor-led courses particularly in the area of AS/400 systems. In the field of training, Dominanz ranks among the most significant companies in Slovakia, which can be documented by number of 1030 trainees who have already attended its courses. The company offers 21 various training programs for individuals and groups.
·System and technical services
Dominanz provides skilled technical support related to installing and operating AS/400 software products. With regards to customer’s needs the services are provided for both short and long period of time.
·Programming
The mission of the technical department is to implement solutions based on tasks assigned by our customers. The stuff specializes mainly in developing client/server and database applications.
·Application support
Application support is provided to customers who do not have enough programming capacities or skills to maintain their software or information systems.
·Networking
Company’s experts participate in design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure within individual projects. Dominanz provides services in cabling and activate network elements, electronic mail servers, Proxy servers or database servers.

Spool++
Spool++ is the newest software product developed by Dominanz. Spool++ offers a range of powerful tools for customising, previewing, printing and exporting spooled files.

A set of tools that enables to save, restore, copy and delete spooled files.

A product made by OPISOFT company which offers many useful features altogether: file editor, spreadsheet tool, query tool, report generator, conversion tool, restoration & retrieval tool, documentation tool for AS/400.
Special utilities for OS/400 environment and clients
The company provides solutions focused on solving specific customer problems concerning communications between an OS/400 system and clients’ workstations. Dominanz also provides application servers based on SNA and TCP/IP protocols working in the client/server environment.
